So a lot of us, we have identity misunderstanding, so we don't know who we are. And the first place that you can start, of course the Bible, but the second place you can start is to find your heritage. And then the next layer, I think, is when we start looking at how do we lay down in bed at night and what goes on in our thoughts and who am I in that moment? Am I someone who's full of faith and feeling taken care of? Or do I feel overwhelmed because I'm doing all the caretaking? Am I somebody who feels at peace and meditative?

That is definitely something that I'm going to take and utilize, because, as you say, you have to live with yourself and with your choices and realize that it's shaping you and it's molding you. So three months down the way, are you who you wanted to be, or are you something that you became that you so far from who you really are? Wow. So thank you for that. I appreciate it
