I'm going to wait in line to get my haircut, and then I'm going to go home and I'm going to feel good because I'm doing something good for myself, something I've been needing to do, wanting to do. That's what I'm going to do. Also, is it coupon or coupon or coupon? Or does it just depend on where you're from and how you learn to say it?

Hey, April. Welcome to swell. I'm glad you found this app. I think audio journaling moment by moment is super cool. I think it's a way to practice speaking into a space that is full of opportunity, storytelling, no judgment, and finding out what you're thinking about. Sometimes when we talk, we learn about ourselves. Right
