So to some degree, you have to have some enjoyment with it. Whether it's biking or running or walking or a group exercise class or weightlift training or tennis or whatever it is, it needs to be a physical activity, but it needs to be something that at least you don't hate. And hopefully you like. And the more you like it, the easier it will be for you to stay consistent with it. So that's the first thing I would stress to people

Well, actually no dairy because the only dairy I have is in my coffee right now and I'm getting rid of that and I'm going to eat a little more protein and just start eating cleaner again. The holiday is took me off track and I'm feeling it. Anyways, thanks so much for sharing this and I can't wait to hear more of your swells

Hey Heidi, thank you for listening and thanks for your comments. Yeah, it sounds like you're on the right track and just walking your dog is going to be fun and you're not overwhelming yourself with the changes, but those changes are really important. So people get afraid of the word lifestyle, thinking they have to do everything at once and it's really about small steps and consistency and living your life around that or involving that in your life. So good for you
