Advice for Someone Struggling with Food

And I don't know, I was just struggling with this for the past couple of years of feeling guilty about missing the gym or feeling guilty about eating certain foods. And I've kind of gotten to this rut where I eat the same foods over and over again that I consider healthy. And it's hard for me to stray from that. And I don't know. It's something I've been struggling with, and I'm sure there are other people who have been also struggling with it

And sometimes the reward of eating something lovely like a cookie, which is different than binging on a box of cookies. So the oxytocin that our bodies need to say, hey, I'm happy today I'm doing this delicious thing and put it in the context of all the other healthy things that you do eat. The downside of ruminating and depriving yourself of that is that you're probably not going to not think about it for a while
