You Need to Deal With the Stress.

article image placeholderUploaded by @JRDHealthCoach
But the problem is that you'll still linger with the unhappiness that's left inside of you, wanting your attention, needing your attention, thereby never actually escaping the stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and overwhelming sadness. Ultimately, this will lead your body to feeling just sickly. That is, if you're not there already. This is because chronic stress response states lead to chronic illness, illness and injury. Your other option is to deal with your stress once and for all

Stress erodes at your health. It is not the price to be paid for success.

So can you kind of go back to me sitting in a chair, and you sitting across from me and you saying, okay, Deb, here's the first thing you could do to break the cycle of stress. Can you get into the weeds of that so that we can kind of feel your coaching technique and how you help us go from zero to zero? Five

We learn that we fall for a lie, that is, that women can do everything and have it all. And some of that is true, but not in the sense that we have created for ourselves or have told ourselves, right? It's not to have everything, have it all and be everything and for everyone. We've set ourselves up with these unrealistic expectations to be some sort of superwoman or Wonder Woman and to make it all happen with a big bang, like a superhero

You. Good morning, Deb. I just came across this swell and your reply, and I have to just, without getting into too much information, say how much I appreciated your comparison of TV and technology to Opioids. I have been struggling with this. Well, I haven't been struggling with it. I totally agree with that thought. But I've been kind of gaslit on it, dealing with a loved one that has been sober for five years
