Closing the stress or dealing with the stress cannot be left to someone else or other circumstances to come to your rescue. When we talk about closing the stress cycle, what we're talking about is that when you are in the midst of the chaos, stress, anger, frustrations, the overwhelmingness, when you are in the midst of that, there are many things, biologically, chemically happening within your body. I think you might be too close to the mic because it was a little distorted, or you might be using headset mics which aren't as strong as the mic in your phone. So just a little audio etiquette there just so that you can maybe get a better sound audio coming from your your beautiful voice. Thank you
