Crossing guard laments

article image placeholderUploaded by @Jeremiah73
There's a complex here of probably eight, maybe even more buildings. Each one of them contain 16 apartments, I believe, and it's filled with folks from Africa, from South America, and folks from many other parts of the world. And it's just great. It's just awesome. The people have really embraced me here

That's so beautiful. And I'm so glad that even though we can't see it in real time, that you share this on here because it's so beautiful. This little slice of the earth that you get to see and be a part of and create community with. It's so beautiful. I really love listening to this. And I could listen to so many more crossing guard laments tales, poems. Whatever it is, I really, really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for sharing

Hey, Jeremiah. I grew throw it's always. I just love your perspective. You're such an openhearted human. And to taste and smell and be in the cultures of these beautiful people, to be embraced by them what a gift. It's just I just enjoyed you so much. Will you please let me know how your ankle is doing? I'm concerned because I know you were limping and you said you felt old. So how's your ankle?

Hello? This is Jeremiah. I'm doing my crossing guard in the afternoon and I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your comments. They're really nice. I enjoy them very much. And thanks for asking about my ankle. It's much, much better. I'm going to say it's probably 90% percent or maybe 95%. So I guess I'm not feeling as old as I did when I first posted about it. Maybe I'm getting younger every day
