You. In honor of AI week, I wanted to put the question out there to you to see how AI has impacted or affected your job search or your career approach, if at all. I have a lot of clients who are telling me that they are starting to use things like OpenAI for cover letters, for resume help for interview preparation, and I'm wondering if that's something that you've relied on and if so, if you've had any luck

I mean, sure, it's trained that way. You could ask Chappie T to generate 50 titles for clickbait for a post, and the one you like, you choose. I mean, everyone's doing that for marketing now, but I think I draw the line, man, when I'm if I'm thinking that that's what's going to happen when I look for the next person I want to hire, I'm going to ask them to do something else besides write me a letter

AI is great for generating ideas around clickbait, as you said, but for cover letters, for resumes, not so much in my opinion. But I would love to hear what experiences other people have had. If you're someone who got a job using a cover letter that Chat GBT wrote for you, please let me know

So we have to figure out a way to balance it right and make sure that we know the people that we're going to hire and put into positions. And so anyway, that's my two cent. Thanks Jenny, for posting this very interesting and intriguing question. I'm sure there's going to be more to come
Hey Jenny, such an interesting concept. Thanks for prosing that. I love Deb's response to. In my line of work I've successfully used it for script writing and indications of possible outlines for some productions and stuff like that. So I've used it in ways that has kind of help to guide thoughts from 30,000 foot view but then I always refine it or fine tune it. I've used it to research trending YouTube channel ideas and potential viral video for said YouTube trends

So as I was saying to Deborah, for me and my business, it's great for it's kind of the way you said more of an outline, right? I can ask Chat GPT to write me a social media post about differences in men and women's performance reviews at work and why it happens. But then I have to go in and really personalize it to my tone and my voice. And I feel like that's the key part
Well, I never tried to use the AI pertaining in job search because I'm norm in that situation right now. I'm searching so many place to get a job and it is so hard to find a job. But I'm not sweating
