That was one of the hardest things for me to do as a ten year old, is to tell a person of authority, my father, that, no, I'm not going to do something because I know in my heart of hearts it's wrong. I'm not going to encourage this behavior. So it ends up good, though. That taught me at a young age of ten. It taught me courage, that everything we do in life needs courage. It takes courage to keep going

And I kind of was going because I thought I'd seen another vehicle make its way through already, and it was kind of about to get out of the intersection when I had decided to cross. And she said, Stop. And that was the loudest I've ever heard, stop. It still echoes in my head. And I failed that test

And I know there's a lot more people out there that can drive for whatever reason. So I commend you for being a little bit vulnerable there and given up yourself that you tried to take your driver's license test and you failed it twice, multiple times. So if I want to leave you with one thing, I encourage you to continue to try and get that driver's license test

And I remember feeling so sad, just sad that life felt so alone and so weird, and I felt so weird. Things obviously continued down a bad path for ten more years, but parallel to that, with some good stuff. But I look at it now and I still know how hard it is for anybody who's different in a family to find language and words to defy in, as you were. And it's never going to be easy, no matter what the conversation is

So he was driving within a certain radius from the house, had picked up his first load and was en route to his destination when he had this accident. And I said, the accident was 1 hour away from where we were located. And I said, Well, I am going to go to the scene of the accident
