And I think that everybody deserves a life of fulfillment and happiness, human connections and peace. And we get so wrapped up in our day to day lives that we actually never stop to really take a second and think, is this the life that I want? Is this the life that I deserve? And the funny thing about that is that you're really the only person that can control that

Hey, Jeff. It's a great question and a trigger for a lot of people is that word deserve? Because it's kind of demonized a bit because it sounds so self serving. But I think you're framing it in a way that is really provocative and helpful, because that whole idea of working really hard to kind of know yourself and know what is in front of you for you to take
