The efficiency of a fat storage body- exercise will not rid your body of it

So now I learned that you can reset your insulin pump of your body with certain fuelings that we use in our program. And the way that you eat, but also moving, you're just not moving at a high intensity. So I ask anybody out there listening, if you are interested in losing weight, reducing sugar cravings, sleeping better, reducing stress, having a healthy environment, this is the way to go

Then she started drinking again, her wine intake. And she screwed it up and she gained it all back. And now she's back on optavia and she's doing it again. But there is a cycle in her brain that basically has a reward system that when she does her work and she loses her weight, she goes back on her reward system, which usually includes alcohol. So I think she's going to hopefully stop drinking

You. Okay, here I go again. Thanks for telling me that. It was hard to hear. Yes. So that is exactly the program that I coach in. It is called Optavia, as you know. And you have to do the program the right way to have sustaining results. So it is a life transformation program for a reason. And if you only do one part, which are the fuelings, then you're kind of cheating yourself of the whole point
