If you can't pack a bath sized towel, pack just a face towel. That way you can wash your face, wipe it. You don't want to use any hotel towels for your face. They launder them only once and that towel has been on someone else's body. And housekeeping will also wipe up the bathroom with the towels. So I would love to say they don't, but most of them do. So don't use any towel on your face that the hotel provides for you

I think the loneliness conversation has a lot of urgent desire for us to fix it. And you're giving a really beautiful sort of landscape of patience and of indulgence, and you're really turning it on the side for people. It's the solitude. It's the indulgence of who am I? What things make me feel beautiful and what nourishes my soul. And I think that practice is so, so beautiful
