article image placeholderUploaded by @Her_Sisu
Hi swell. It is her. Sea sue one of my commitments as a survivor of domestic violence is to heal out loud and model that for others, to encourage them to heal out loud, whether it's a survivor of domestic violence or some form of a toxic relationship. And one of my side effects? Well, if you look into the domestic violence information, you might come across a term called cPTSD

Hersee. Sue, thank you so much for bringing up this topic of healing out loud. I think one of the most important things we can do as domestic violence survivors is share pieces of our story and pieces of our wonderful, thriving lives after the fact. People who are going through this in the now need to see the hope, see the light, see that strong women have overcome these situations

I need to quite true and honest, I've been pouring myself into some other things that I and I preached this message, right, have not been filling my bucket. And so I need to fill my bucket so that I can put the oxygen mask on me first, replenish myself, and I'll be fresh. Thank you so much for listening and having that word of encouragement to share with me

Yes, girl, please fill your bucket, fill your cup, let it runth over, and put the oxygen mask on first, because when we take care of our skin, else everything else is that much easier, including those unwanted reminders that sneak in from the past. And kudos to this out loud forum. You will definitely affect other people's lives through this concept. So thank you very much, and thanks for the purpose, and be grateful and blessed and keep on being a survivor

Hi there. I'm Kaveri from India. Today I posted a topic and it is very similar to what you have posted. I hope we keep growing and sharing. I totally agree that domestic violence leaves such mark on the heart which we cannot eradicate even after decades. Thank you so much. Take care and God bless you. Bye
