And I know my children will appreciate it. I have always felt that it shouldn't take a specific or a special occasional holiday to get families together. But I do understand that grief definitely can make you break you. So we'll be doing that this year. I also would like to say if you know anybody that has suffered little off of a loved one, no matter what the circumstances were or friend, give them a call, shoot them a text

And I think when you have community around your grief, you don't try to get over grief. You try to include it as a reality that can find a seat at the table, even the holiday table, so that it can be present and not fester somewhere and be something that can cause harm later. But I just really value your storytelling here and your wisdom around this and your action item for us to make sure if we know people, we reach out
