Your Daily Hygge: Get outside!

I mean, there's research out there that says just 2 hours a week is enough to get those benefits, those cognitive and emotional and social benefits of time in nature. And that could be one two hour block a week or that could be 2 hours spread out across the week with 20 minutes walks every day, right? So do you guys do it? Do you guys get outside when you do? Do you get outside by yourself?

Hey, Sean. As always, thank you for this post and for the reminder. And those studies are so provocative. They really call us to recognize how disassociated we are from some basic things that can make us feel so much better on so many levels. And the correlation between feeling grounded and literally being on the ground, touching the ground is also something that science has really looked at for our nervous system, for our adrenals, for so many basic functions
