Thank you so much for this post. This was so interesting. I have never heard of tree therapy before. I have gone into nature and I like taking a walk amidst the trees, but I have not heard of tree therapy. But this was so interesting because the scientific facts that you brought up, that it does reduce blood pressure and everything

And during my time at herb school in the campervan, I lived part time in a campervan last year, and I was camping, so I slept under this incredible redwood tree. And from one angle you see the tree and it looks like one, and then you kind of walk in a wide circle around the tree, and then all of a sudden, it has become two trees. And I spent a lot of time with this tree. I believe that the tree and I have a deep connection
