You. What jewish holiday food can I think of? Eating all year round is probably one of the hardest questions to answer because each has such a specific memory and such a beautiful sense of childhood importance that, I don't know, it's such a good idea. If it would be such a good idea to change that or to dilute that and have it kind of desensitized, in a sense. But the one thing I do say that I could have all year round is pickled herrings and chopped herrings

That was the second thing I was going to talk about besides Latkes is the idea of pickled herring. Pickled fish, those things that you eat at the new year a lot because, like, the head of the fish is the head of the year. I think that's one of the connections. But there's nothing like pickled herring. Chopped herring. Yummy, yummy, yummy. And I tend not to eat it during the year
