Hurt vs help

article image placeholderUploaded by @FryedOreo
Hurt and help. These seem like two distinctly different dichotomies of human behavior and emotion. But what if you have made the mistake of thinking that someone was out to hurt you when really they were trying to help you and also someone who was helping you actually was hurting you? This is obviously an example of the nuance of emotion and the many Grays and shades of colors within this perceived black and white world we live in

Is there a big difference? #emotion

@FryedOreo I’m hella sensitive

So I'm going to receive this and just try to push down my gut reaction to react because I may not like what I'm hearing. I feel like I don't even know if that even answered the question you asked. But those are my thoughts. And thank you for putting this out here, because there's a lot of hurt versus helping, helping, hurting and hurting helping out. They're going on. Have a great afternoon

Helpful adversity. @realbriggster

That because I didn't want to follow a dietary life choice that she was following. That I encouraged her to do and was happy for her. She was saying things like, well, my kids are going to die if I do this and this and this and it was extremely hostile and toxic. And she starts saying other things. That's why you said this is about so. And so you don't really care about this and this and that

You're right. Adversity can be helpful. Thank you so much. My day is almost over the workday part, so that's good. But yeah, people, I think that until everyone really is clear who they are and where they're coming from, there's always the potential for that type of kind of chaos and confusion. But I'm glad that you have availed yourself of those energies and you continue having a great day. Bye
