Hey, you covered so many great points. All very accessible, very doable. And doing it in community, of course, is so much easier. When you have a buddy who kind of helps you out and says, hey, how have you been? And also not pushing yourself to be the consistent, everyday person. I think that's unreal reasonable

I thank you for that feedback, because that's exactly how I want people to receive that message, is that sometimes we just put so much pressure on ourselves and we believe that we have to live up to these unrealistic expectations that, unfortunately, we see a lot online and we see in society and things like that. So just remembering that we're all human, we all have lives, and we have to work around our lives
