Standing together Amid the Chaos
And I was reminded when I was looking through posts today, I was talking with someone else about self care and taking care of yourself, about doing positive affirmations. And then I ran across someone else's post that talks about trans rights and how so many people are saying, I'm going to leave this state or I'm going to leave this country because laws and bills are being passed that are discriminating and trying to legislate changes that are really just according to their opinions

I've been in this conversation my whole life with people, and when your personal becomes the political, it's you don't have the luxury anymore to choose who to come out to and who not to come out to

So that could be lgbt, it could be neurodiversity, it could be access to health care, or it can be political views or religious views. And the topic that seemed to take off the quickest was about the Israel Hamas war. And man, the tempers are flaring like crazy

And there is one thing I could tell you that there's no group that's been more hated over the past 500 years than the jewish people who've been kicked out of country after country after country, who wanted this little sliver of land after the Holocaust. But they were there for millennia. They were there when Jesus walked the earth. This is not about occupation and colonialism
