But do it professionally. Do it with a letter of resignation, speak directly to your reporting manager if possible, give them the required notice and move on with your dignity because you don't want to burn your bridges. Take it from me, for somebody who's seen this over and over in the years in recruiting, I have seen so many people who have worked for somebody in their early career work with them or their colleagues of theirs at other companies later on

There's more of a continuum between their social and their personal and their professional, whereas I think some older folk have more of a delineation. Anyway, really great advice you're giving. Hopefully it'll land on ears before they make a boo boo. Very interesting
