I don't know if you guys have heard of this, but I just learned about it on Friday. Friday of last week is called the Oura ring. I think I'm pronouncing that correctly. It's spelled oura the question for you based on this swell cast is would you wear one?
So I think the sleep tracking capabilities are very useful, and my partner and we have been talking about looking at investing in a set of order rings. However, the price tag is really high at the moment, so I'm waiting for technology to continue to exponentially increase and maybe drive down the prices. But nonetheless, it's a very important thing, and I know some employers offer great discounts on them
