Welcome to the Johnson Experience Mini podcast, a differentiated approach for my listeners that need something quick, so they're moving. So let's begin. Today I'll talk about three things teaching in the 21st century, juggle in personal life, and pushing forward to be the best that you can be. Let's get into it's. All right. So teaching in the 21st century is H-A-R-D hard. It is one of the hardest things that a man or woman can do in this time

How do you navigate the pay structure of teachers?

Because you have to show up so deeply and yet on the personal level, you are going to go down to the depths of your capacity and you can come out the other side feeling triumphant or feeling completely defeated, because the system is not set up to support people very well, because there's some real big roadblocks. So I want to talk about them. You brought up some really great things about personal fortification, your people's attitudes, people taking care of themselves, the self care of a teacher

@DBPardes thank you for this question. #incentive #knowledgematters #pay

Now, I'm also going to share I'm also an educational consultant as well, and I transitioned to a literacy coach, which means I found a way to kind of get out of the scarcity that is associated with teaching and walking into sort of that abundance lifestyle that I wanted to
