ALPHABET SONG SERIES DAY 3

article image placeholderUploaded by @emilie_vayner
Hi everyone, and welcome back to the Alphabet Song Series. Day is day three, so our letter is C. Don't forget to reply with the song that starts with the letter C. And here's a little bit about my picks for today. I wanted to today's picks to go across a variety of genres. So I have indie, alt rock, and I wanted to pick artists that I haven't talked about for the most part

Yay letter C. I have a California theme. I'm from California and so all these songs make me emotional because I am living in New York City and so I listen to these often and just imagine driving on the coast. So the first one is by the December California one, Used and Beauty Brigade. Take a Long Drive with Me. And next is Joni Mitchell California classic. Last one not California theme, but the song Church by Gary Clark Jr. Well, thank you again for starting this series

Okay, this is a really hard one, but I think for this one, I'm gonna have to go complicated. Mac Miller circles. Mac Miller crush culture. Conan Gray. And this is it's so hard. I hate doing this. This is too much. But I might just go with probably. Cool. By Gwen Stefani

So this is probably like the coolest, swell series I have seen yet. So I'm so excited for this one. My three favorites are I said three. I don't know if you asked for three, whatever, that start with the C immediately. My favorite song right now happens to start with the C. It's called Close to you by Day Glow. So good alternative, indie, poppy, super good. Love that song. Definitely. Give it a listen. Cigarette daydreams by Kg

Choo Choo Ch’Boogie / Chaiyya Chaiyya

It's just rhythmic and driving. Funnily enough, my second song also is connected to Trains. Not ChuChu Trains, but the second song totally different genre is from Bollywood. It's from the 1998 film Dealsay and the iconic song Chaya Chaya in the film that takes place on a train. And it was that video that went viral. And believe me, people in 1998 to go viral before you get a video on the internet, that was something special
