Okay, swell. My question of the day is, what is your alltime favorite meal you have ever had? It can be something you made yourself or a restaurant you've been out to. I'd love to hear both. As soon as the pandemic happened, my wife and I started experimenting a lot with Risotto, and we had done a couple of iterations, but we actually found a recipe. I'm trying to remember the site right now where we found it

And so my wife came over the saying, the best meal is the one you don't have to Cook yourself, which I don't think really answers the question because some nights it's pizza, and some nights it's tacos. You know what the best meal? I have always erases the previous best meal. So it's a different point. It's been Alice and Roman stew that broke the Internet, which is a chickpea doll with kale. That's really good

Thank you both appreciate that. Tim. I actually found the closest thing to our recipe that we've been doing online, and it's actually from Tasty tasty. Com. They've got how to to Cook the perfect Rosado. And it's a very close representation of what we do for them. We always use chicken stock. We try to use homemade chicken stock, but store bought is just fine for these. The vegetable stock is fine
