It's nostalgia right now is shopping the clothing sections in Target and Walmart. If you were a middle schooler or high schooler in the 90s, early 2000s, you know what I'm talking about. The choker necklaces, the little skinny spaghetti strap dress with the t shirts underneath that are layered. And the dress is like a plaid print. I saw those yesterday at Walmart and had a flashback of shopping for myself when I was in high school

I remember when I was a kid, I wanted nothing but to wear those exact styles. And I couldn't wait to be a teenager so I could wear all those clothes. And then I was a teenager and it wasn't cool anymore. And then now that I'm in my mid twenty s and, like, way too old to be wearing that style, it's back. It's a trend again

You. I just want to encourage you to go buy that dream outfit. Go get it and wear it because there is no time like the present to live out your dream and be your most authentic self and nobody should judge you or care about what you're wearing. If you are happy in what you're wearing and you feel confident and beautiful and you love it, that is all that matters. I definitely remember that I cared about that when I was in my mid 20s
