But the way that we are taught to coach and the way that we are taught to speak and the way that we are taught to promote on social media is not comfortable for me. And sometimes I want to get with the program. But if I fall in line and maneuver like everyone else, how will I stand out from the crowd? I definitely have changed a lot over the years, especially it really resonates for me and the work that I do because my work not a lot of people know about. I'm in applied theater and gender therapy. And a lot of people are like, what is that? And so for me, it's like it's so important to tell remind myself that what I'm doing doesn't look like everybody else or it's still something that people are getting to know
