But none of those things is my full time job. My full time job is caregiver to my wife, who has Alzheimer's. That's the main reason I retired early, a little before my 60th birthday, which also happened to be just in time for the pandemic to set in. But she had been diagnosed a couple of years earlier. But I mainly worked from home, so I didn't worry too much about it. I figured I could do both

And I also just want to welcome the mashup that you talked about because I don't think you have to be one thing and only do that. You just had a bunch of hashtags in your description. I'm like, yeah, that's about it, right? How many hashtags belong to our lives? How many things have we been in a single day, let alone a single life?

And before that it was an elderly couple where I kind of took care of them both. But it was mostly her. And by both, I mean I would make dinner and sweep the floor and clean the kitchen and vacuum, and they would both get the benefits of that. But I was really there for her because she was wheelchair bound and no longer bearing weight and needed a companion while he was out in his garden. And they were wonderful, wonderful people

Oh, hi Zoe Ellen. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply here. I sort of haven't been very faithful in coming on this site, but as far as Substack goes, I've written a few things. I decided to make it music focused, and so I've been writing about my own personal experiences with music. And some of the stuff is stuff that I've actually already posted to media him and I've reposted to Substack. I did a piece on Warren Zevon
