I find it very challenging sometimes to be in a space where you want everyone to be really honest and authentic, as we always talk about. But how real is that? And how have you navigated people who are just afraid of being canceled because they have issues that are coming up for them where they're not quite sure how to frame it? I think this is such an interesting challenge when you work with Dei because it can't just be on a PowerPoint on a screen

Thank you for the question. So you're absolutely right. Dei is definitely going to be more than any knowledge share or anything that you're going to get from a PowerPoint conversation. It's really the best approach is a holistic approach where you are having trainings, you're having ongoing conversations, but it's also in those one on one meetings with managers and their direct reports. It's also in the ERG meetings or the affinity group meetings
