Hello. Hi fellers. So today I will share a quick tip of how to let go of your stress. Very easy, very simple. Three, or rather I'll say four steps. First, take a deep breathe. You have to inhale through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth. Now relax your body. Let release all the tension from your shoulders. And simply when you are exhaling, just let go of all your worries and stress

Hi. Aanchal. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful tip about using the breath to destress ourselves. It's been a very long time that there's so much of talk about the focus on breath. And I have been using this for a very long time, and I have learned that it eliminates most of our body waste and it eliminates us through exhalations and it helps us destress ourselves. So I generally call that exhalation a letting go breath
