How do you handle your inner voices? Do share in this swell below. I want to share. That how I handle them. I handle my inner voices first by shifting them to positive ones. Because I don't believe whatever every time, whatever my mind says. Because some of the times my mind is warning me, which I do listen, I do follow my intuition. Other times, my mind is giving me a lot of doubt, telling me to compare

So for instance talking about what happened latest in my life I was in this lull, this state of inactivity when I was doing absolutely nothing and I knew that I had to start working out like it is the need of the hour and I could feel it in every bit of my body. And you see that whatever action you perform or whatever you do, it becomes a reflection of your inner voice. And it is very important that you conquer your inner voice. And I also read the book The Power of Subconscious Mind, where it is shown that the more you repeat some statements, the more you recite something, that is something which is going to become a part of your life. They do not make any impact in our life until and unless we keep thinking so much, so hard on our inner voice that it starts feeding on our body and we reach a point when we are not able to control it. So I started treating them as visitors and I don't associate with them at all. This is not who I am. My thoughts and me are totally different. We do not relate. So this is how I take them

It's like if you are scared that it will not happen, it will not happen because you haven't even tried it. So that's my suggestion. And all I can say is thank you so much. I'm sorry to reply late, but I just got time. I was so busy with other things, so I got time today and I said I have to reply to Aanchal Ma'am as well

In fact, what I sometimes do is, like, um, for instance, if somebody's late, right, somebody's not arrived on time, then, you know, one would start thinking all kind of negative things. I would purposely, you know, replace those with something positive. And, yes, meditation definitely helps because then you understand your thought patterns and you can actually observe what's going on in your head rather than just getting too entangled with those thoughts. So, yeah
