What is your Goto Selfcare plan?

Reward yourself with doing nothing that also considers coming in self care apart from meditating, journaling, all these things. These things are really important to divert our focus from hectic busy schedules to relaxing days to days where we are doing nothing, yet we are doing things which are fulfilling our soul, which is giving rest to our mind, which is giving rest to our body. And I'd sing along, and I feel so refreshed because my adrenaline would be at the top by the time I come back, because it's full of punch and energy, and I feel so good to do that. And the third thing what I do is when I'm really exhausted, once a month I go to this Thai place spa and I do reflexology and I don't know, I've done pedicure. I've done a lot of things on my foot

Hello. Hey. My goto selfcare plan is so there are a couple of things, but one thing that I really do often these days especially, is like, sometimes I don't do anything at all. You know, when I think that it's getting too much, that day I will have no things to do list, and I'll just laze around, do a bit of gardening or watch a gardening video. And that's what I do
