That is, by feeling the food, by touching it, or in fact, by sending good vibrations to the food. Third thing is smelling. So smelling is also a very important factor. Because in Korea, in Japanese, people literally smell their food before having it. It enhances the flavor. The aroma enhances the flavor. And finally, eating the food and savoring the food while eating. Chewing it 32 times, it is said. Because we have 32 teeth, right?

And apart from that, I think if it's about being grateful to food, if it's about praying to, it praying to the fact that I was a bit competent enough to get that share of food on my plate. So I don't do that often, but whenever I'm with my family so there's this tradition over there. We pretty much try to be at the dinner table most of the times together. It's not feasible anymore, not feasible quite often, but it happens
