So mostly when we feel very bad, we feel triggered, our heartbeat raised, our heartbeat increases. And then A is to allow the experience to be there as it is. So when we acknowledge and we see okay, heart rate is increasing, I should not respond, I should rather wait. Breathe. And another step is P. P is again perforate body sensations with debrief. You need to breathe and let it all go. And another P is to prompt yourself with compassionate action

That's where we are suffering a lot, we are undergoing trauma, we are crying, at the same time we are causing discomfort to the people around us and lot of issues and I really love the concept of maintaining the gap between the things and the reactions or the response. So the way we react or respond to certain situation also matters a lot and I really do believe that and thank you so much for such an insightful
