Even though it's healthy, even though it's something that's good for you, you haven't been giving it to yourself. Why is that? Why haven't you been giving the good things to yourself? Good morning. I really found this encouraging. After waking up in a complete funk, I needed to hear some positivity, some motivational push to get up and go and do something for myself. I have read, I've meditated, did, I have exercised. I'm now in the sauna, still kind of feeling melancholy. But I know that I just have an internal motivation to keep going today. So much appreciated. I hope you have a great day. Bye

I. Good morning, Barbara. I would just like to thank you for your post on what are we putting off, what are the things that we need to be incorporating to live our best life? And to me, those things are drawn by our passion, the things that we have a bent or incline toward. And for some of us, that's singing. For some of us that's writing, for some of us that's drawing, and for some of us, it's something else

Today is the day to be intentional about what we do, be intentional about what we're thinking, even, and what we're actually saying to other people. So it's a good day to do those things that we've been putting off to do for whatever reasons. It's a good day to be creative. It's a good day to be thankful, to have an attitude of gratitude

You wake up in this funk and you're like but to be in that space of awareness that you have choices and sometimes you feel stuck. But the question is the most powerful. What what will I do with this great morning? And sometimes it's just to be still. But that stillness is intentional as well. Thank you so much
