It was a little quicker though, a little under eight because I incorporated eight sets of 100 meters strides every half mile starting at mile two. So I ran 2 miles and then I did 2.53.545,655.56 and then, yeah, six. And then after that I did the two cooldown miles. Rumpell pretty decent.
