MT #3: W3D1 - Rest/Cross-Train

Like for example, if this week was in two weeks to see eleven medium long run and 13 meters long run, I'd probably do one of those, at least one, one of those, if not both of them incorporate in the hills in the run. But right now I'm just focusing on getting the mileage down and kind of working through that because obviously this increase in mileage is also another challenge for my body. But yeah, I'm looking forward to it man
