MT #3: W2D1 - Rest/Cross-Train

Hey, everyone. Today is week two, day one of marathon training number three. I've done that several times now. I say marathon instead of marathon anyways of marathon training number three. And today's workout was no workout, it was Mt. Mt mt WD restcrosstrain felt pretty decent. I wasn't exhausted or anything like that, or even tired.
