R&T #2: W2D5 - Rest/Cross-Train

It is unfortunate 1012, but I'm feeling in and off. So I don't think I have to drop down to a 512 because I could do that. I'm not feeling the best. I could do a five tomorrow and then a twelve on Sunday. But since I am running a slower place tomorrow as well, the ten might not be too bad because I'm running with people together. I guess we'll see how that goes
