MT2: W15D2 - Recovery 7 miles

I basically ran from, like, ran the .06 and then like two or three more strides maybe like yeah, just to get a couple more, I'd rather do a little more than 100 meters and a little less. So that's how you do those. And so that's all good. This morning, I was a little tired
