R&T #2: W3D3 - Recovery 6 miles

Hey, everyone. Today was week three, day three of recovery transition number two. And today's workout was a recovery run of 6 miles. Today was a pretty easy run, honestly. It was nothing crazy. I ran 6 miles in the morning. I don't think there was much there weren't much there wasn't much elevation been running around my house. So it's kind of a little bit repetitive over the years
