I just started pressing on his chest, and I directed people just like, yo, you call 911, you go over here, get some clubs, somebody get water. Let's do it. And it was pretty crazy. I was very in the moment, but after a while, I realized nobody else was doing anything. Everybody was just kind of, like, standing around looking

Yeah, I saw that, and I was like, I experienced them from being an EMT. And then you experience it in life, you're like, oh, no, this was a fantastic as well, man

Like, that trauma response, it always kind of stayed in this place where I would just be very calm about things as they were going on. And I don't know if you've ever noticed this. I would love your feedback. But do you notice that for whatever reason, when you're the calmest person in the room, it's like everybody just looks at you for a second, they're almost like, yo, what is he going to do next?

And, dude, I've been in situations where people have done that to me, and I'm not doing it. I'm not doing it because I got caught up because I went to the legal route. But you become an EMT, there's instances like, I can't do anything. I'm sorry, but I'm not an EMT anymore. So it's kind of like, yeah, I could do something. You grow. That's my growth

And I just, I feel like, well, I'm talking about helping everybody else, but I feel like that would help me just in general. But I can only imagine so many people would get life out of that. I'm telling you, man, I really appreciate your energy on here also, too, though, man, I'm really sorry to hear that about your friends. I could only imagine, man, that's heavy, man. Especially too, right?

It's unavoidable. It's unstoppable. Some of us are going to get there faster than others. It's part of life. And I've just seen it so much. And that's the thing is I have my core family that I'm like, if anything happened, it would tear me apart. But like you said, you're going to keep going

And what I'm saying, though, is whatever year you were born, find that musical artist that's alive today, that's making music, and whatever musical genre that speaks to you the most, or wherever you need, find that person, but not like, because, you know, J. Cole comes out of hip hop, and he's evolved from early hip Hop, through Tupac, through trap music, through Kanye west, and then you get J
