"DON’T BE SHY!" said the tree to me and I say it to you. Proclaim yourself 💥

But I do think that sometimes, especially when we're feeling a little I don't know, not beaten down, but a little pressured to sort of fall to the weight of life because it's right there weighing on us. But to sneak around that weight and to pop out like a bubble I'm kind of into that right now

That was so beautifully put. And it reminds me of the idea of giving us permission to do that, proclaiming that permission for proclamation. And I think that is actually also a cultural difference, because that's the one thing that we've always, as outsiders living in California or in America, seen the Americans claiming, especially in know, growing up with a tall puppy syndrome, where you're not really allowed to proclaim all your bigness and your growth and all of your strength of expression

@DBPardes Thank you. 🙏🏻 #ActuallyAutistic

I need to be more of a hermit. And if I dare to venture out, I need to mask up, camouflage, perform so that I'm more palatable, to be less of me. So first I want to say thank you for noticing that stunning tree with the brilliant blue behind it. It's just gorgeous. And then for sharing it with us with the message that you did. Thank you. And thank you for the invite

And I'm so just like I said, I understand how your heart must feel heavy some days when you're just not feeling the sides of the ocean, you're not feeling the shores. You're just in this big swirl. And that bob can be really overwhelming. So I hope you find some ballast and some grounding. And just know you are loved and understood here in this community so much. And I appreciate your response here and coming to listen

Good morning, Miss Deborah. It is a beautiful tree. Thank you so much for inviting me to your Swell. And I look at that tree, and I wonder what type of soil is underneath that tree? What type of environment is that tree in? And so I think about that a lot for life. You have different seasons, you have different environments that you're in in your life

And I have had many experiences of having people, even who've known me for a while, who see me next to my six foot three inch husband or are standing right next to me for the first time and who will say, oh my goodness, I had no idea how small you are

Hey, Deborah. Love the post. These are my shoes and I wear these every day. And it's my small way of saying, hey, world, look at me. Love it. Thank you

Then finally, at the end, she finds her people and everything's groovy. And I think a lot of us walk around like that. Some of us never get there. Some of us do. This might be where all my bumblebees is at. I have no idea. It might be a reason. A season, a lifetime. Everything has some length of time on it. As much as I wish it didn't but thank you for what you do
