While reading the news today, I'm just reading all these memorials in honor of Barbara Walters. People just reminiscing people in the business. And I just came across this amazing video of Barbara and talking about when Nixon resigned. And it looks like it's a hundred years ago for so many reasons. I'm not even going to bait this. I'll I'll let you watch it, and I think you'll understand why

And so when I became a woman in leadership, I borrowed some of those elements and I would say to my team, the largest team I had reporting to me was a total of 77 FTEs, which equated to about 154 human bodies. And I would say that to my team, which was, I welcome opinions, I welcome diversity, and thought, I welcome you telling me in a respectful way, hey, JL, that idea doesn't make sense. It's not going to work

Hey, JL. That's such a beautiful homage to Barbara. I really appreciate it. It's amazing how things trickle into our consciousness and affect us, and we see people in the media a lot, and sometimes it's just especially now, like, they're not people that we want to emulate. But she's sort certainly was, and she'll be missed. And I hope more women like her emerge to move in the world as she did. It's really beautiful. Thank you
