And I've invited them to come here also and to just to continue the conversation with all of you, to really talk about what it feels like to have these goals in place. But knowing that goals can be kind of quick SanDish because we can reach where we want to go. And then we kind of get swallowed up in the challenge of defining what that success feels like and knowing when to stop or when to push forward
