It's my birthday tomorrow, and every year when I turn a certain age, I do something. Last three years, I've been doing something on Swell, so I thought I'd do a quickie to celebrate the day with my voice. This meme was sent to me by my cousin and I usually don't like to do memes here on Swell because swell is so unme, which I love about it. I just got a chance to hear all these swells, and the replies are so beautiful and affirming. And I want to thank everybody for just chiming in and, you know, having a couple people listen to your voice that's all you need to feel the circle. What's so special about Swell is that it's not about volume of people it's about the volume of your voice and is being heard in whatever context and by whom ever we're supposed

Happy belated birthday, Deborah. I'm sorry I missed it. Yeah, primal screaming is amazing. I scream into my pillow, it works, and that way I can release it without shedding it into the rest of the world. And I laugh constantly, because laughter is the way to survive. Humor is the way to survive
