PESSIMISM IS OUT! We’re ALL IN!
You know when you feel like you're doing something and you're not sure it's going to make an impact and you wonder why you're doing it? When it comes to trying to save this planet and make making our world a better place to live in, the little things we do sometimes don't feel connected to the solution, and sometimes we get pessimistic. Well, okay, there's this video that I'm linking here. You've got to watch it

Some believe it, some don't, some are in the middle. So it's, it's, it's very yes, it's very hard to realize that the little things that you do make a difference, but they do, and that's why you're asked to do them, because why shouldn't we recycle if we can recycle now? I will admit not everybody in the world has the money to buy organic pure food like that all the time. It's expensive
You. Oh, that Rainforest Alliance video is so good, Deborah. Thank you so much for sharing that. And I have to say that because I'm monitoring Cop 28 so closely for all my climate influence work, I'm definitely seeing many more, much more clever videos and storytelling. I think I've also been involved or gotten to know the Hollywood Climate Summit folks a little bit over the past couple of years

That video was great, and I'm glad that you shared it. And it reminds me of Vibrant Planet, which is a company that has built a way to constantly observe entire vast forests and collect a mountain of data about them so that they can design really effective, impactful, short term focused conservation projects. And one of the things that I heard the founders say is that this is to combat random acts of conservation

There are countries out there, such as China, who are polluting the Earth far more than we. Um, so we are doing a lot of good things. There's a lot of people out there who want a better planet. Nothing wrong with that. I support that. Just don't take away my rights in the process. Now, with regard to EV cars, I think they are nowhere near where they need to be in order for them to become the norm, because fossil fuels are affordable
