What enslaves me? What a great question, Deborah. What enslaves me is a sense of doom and gloom about the state of our union because there's such divisiveness. And I'm going to let that go. I'm going to leave that in my metaphorical Egypt, and I'm going to move towards hopefulness and a sense of possibility with each and every conversation I have with somebody where we might not agree, but we have a sense of common decency and a a goal to live in a better world

Ahead. Good morning. And yasha. Kok. Good Vorte. Good talk on what enslaves us. I think what enslaves me is the constant and obsessive overthinking a thing, right? When I get into these ruts of overthinking a situation, thinking maybe had done something different, had I maybe said something different, I could have affected a different outcome. And a lot of these things come up in life, and they cause us to become or go in circles like the children of Israel did in the desert

You. Hey, I just wanted to this is a really deep question, very moving question. And for me, when I think about what enslaves me, I think versions of myself or perceptions of myself by myself enslave me trying to, you know, either fit into what I think usually what I think is based on perhaps other people's perceptions. So sometimes sort of being held captive, should I, should I be doing this? Should I be saying that? Is that something I should say?
