Between the Bites: What are you eating now?

That is a Chipotle tomato salsa, which has tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic, Chipotle chilies. So it's simple. It's got a lot of good omegas in it because of all that yummy, like hot sauce stuffy. And it's got, like the fat of the avocado. And it's got some just bite sized yumminess us. And that's what I'm eating right now

Okay. What am I eating? Well, you've got Tracy there. So can you just kind of beam her over here and then I can learn a little bit more, but right now, just some non and some fabulous Nancy's cream cheese with slices of tomato and cucumber. That works. Okay. Have fun. Eat. Well, I know you will

I just had some delicious lemongrass spring rolls. They were absolutely phenomenal. I know lemongrass isn't for everybody, but I happen to look quite like the fragrant flavor, if you will also a side of some juice, Jasmine rice with a little bit of sesame seed on top and some soy sauce. Delicious

Deborah, thank you for the question. And I like how you interview someone on this for the moment. I don't know. We can do interviews. That's a good idea. And in answer to your question at the moment, I'm intermittent fasting because I like to just buck the trend. And although listening to you guys now, I'm hungry and you're kind of torturing me. But when I go back to eating, I will definitely be eating lots of avocado for the good fat

And I ate slices of cheddar cheese. That's a block cheese. Nothing to recommend. It came out of the supermarket, not like proper cheddar, but I still edit. So I had two of those biscuits with cheese on them. I don't know if I've got anything before that. I had some toffee. Yeah. I went on my way home this evening. I went and bought a slab of toffee, and I had some toffee. That's it

Fried chicken 🐔!

I am going to be totally transparent. I just got done eating fried chicken from Crispy Crunchy Chicken. It's a fast food spot within a gas station. So every now and then when I am too lazy to Cook, I will get there. And I had two chicken breast and one chicken thigh. And the breaded portion of the chicken was okay standard. And the chicken was standard. It wasn't nothing amazing. And I had some mashed potatoes with gravy as a side

Weird, I know, but I embrace it!! 😆

So the last thing I ate was my breakfast green leaf, lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, chicken. And I switch up the dressing every so often to add a little variety. And I lost count. I think we're coming up on nearly a year now. That is my main meal of the day, and it's for breakfast. I forgot. And if I have pickles, claws and pickles, then I put some pickles in there, too

Don't you wish we had the technology to sort of send each other things because I would love a little bite of that chicken and some of that beautiful cheese and a pot sticker. I mean, this is such a cool vibe of of how food falls into our day, even if some of us are fasting. I just had a beautiful Asian pair to complement my glass of water. I sure if that's a good pairing, Asian pear and water, if you please. This is fine

That brand is like the luxury brand of Dell Pickles that I love and a salad for breakfast. I can see it happening. It's just unusual, but that's not a good salad. What kind of dressing am I guessing? Italian, maybe. Or it's. It sounds so healthy. Probably just olive oil and vinegar or whatever healthy type of topping people can come up with. But who knows, to use this

I wish I could say, kind of wish I could say that my dressings are the healthy kind of vinaigrette or whatever, but I'm really partial towards the creamy dressings. I have a Jalapeno Ranch. I like a cucumber dill and then a modified, scaled back Hidden Valley Ranch, and it sounds really crazy, but I hate the taste of Hidden Valley Ranch, but when I can mix it myself, I have a little bit more control

About to have a beer, and now we're at a second joint. But that was the place we were before this. We're about to have a beer and probably some this place makes nachos with smoked brisket on them. It's now 02:00 so I can be reminiscent of what I ate today. What I'm eating now, what I'm eating now, let's pretend that I'm eating it now is a little kale and cabbage salad that I made

Indeed, we can control what we put in our mouths. And yet it's not what we put into our mouths, but what comes out of our mouths that shall make us unclean, if we might get biblical. It just reminded me when you I heard you say that, Deborah, and what I put into my mouth is always either nothing or healthy or actually, I don't need healthy all the time. But I was just thinking I was thinking about this

My 4 o’clock Fig Bar #snacks

Hey, this is Deborah, and this is an homage to the fig bar. We grew up eating fig Newtons, but this is an homage to the fig bar. The fig bar that I'm eating has a little little less ingredients than the Big Newton, which had ingredients that I couldn't read. But as these are the days when we're looking at ingredients, this big bar has things like sunflower lecithin and canola oil and honey and grape juice as opposed to the cornstarch
