What we focus on expands.

And she says something to the effect of, she's right over there. She hasn't forgotten you, and you don't need to come back to this place anymore. You know what's here already. And he realizes that that's the truth. And the truth was his mom was right there, and he can choose to move past it. And it reminds me of places where I felt like I was left behind or not noticed as a child and a very big family

Hey. Both of you just reminded me of what's so fascinating about putting an idea out there in the world and then seeing where it goes. And I didn't ever think about, you know, the beautiful there's obviously the beautiful transportation into another realm, but then there's the negativity of the negative, negative experience of bringing yourself into a place that you shouldn't have gone. For sure

And I realized the walls weren't really there to begin with. So now we're in space and another exhale will put me on top of the apartment. And then I'll just keep going out and out, looking down. Almost like Google Earth. Exactly like Google Earth, actually. But the breath out takes me higher and higher or up and before work, when I'm in the car, the car fills up faster than the apartment, but basically the same thing
